Bundles & Gold Subscription: If purchasing a Bundle, ReliaSoft will contact you to complete your registration.
Hotel Reservations: You may make reservations on your own.
Substitutions: Substitutions are allowed provided that ReliaSoft is notified prior to the seminar start date.
Cancellations: Cancellations received up to 10 working days prior to the seminar start date will be entitled to a refund of the full registration fee. After this period, all cancellations will be subject to the entire registration fee. If purchasing a Bundle, cancellations are not allowed; you may only transfer (see Transferring below). ReliaSoft reserves the right to cancel a seminar at any time up to 2 weeks prior to its start date. In the event of ReliaSoft canceling, you will automatically be transferred to the next upcoming seminar. If transferring is not acceptable, registration fees will be refunded upon request. ReliaSoft is not responsible for any other charges such as non-refundable airline tickets.
Transferring: You may transfer your registration to an upcoming scheduled seminar by notifying ReliaSoft at any time prior to the seminar start date. You may transfer once at no cost. A fee (EUR€ 45) will be assessed for each additional transfer.
No Shows: Registrants who do not attend the seminar and who do not notify ReliaSoft of cancellations will be subject to the full registration fee and will not have the ability to transfer the registration.
Seminar Fee Includes: Lectures provided by our experienced pool of instructors, lecture notes and software training guide(s), evaluation copies of ReliaSoft’s software and refreshments. A certificate noting the skills achieved is granted upon completion of each course. Attendees are eligible for 0.1 Educational Units per contact hour.
